Cap'n Julian the Sinking Son

For one awful moment it seemed tragedy had revisited the Lennons. A French harbourmaster feared the worst when he found Julian's powerboat on the seabed in a cove near Monte Carlo. Just a few hours earlier the musician and his girlfriend had been partying on the £90,000 high-speed vessel. Thankfully Julian - whose nautical skills have never matched his musical ability - was ashore and safely tucked up in bed when his boat sank. He didn't even feel the need to be there when the craft was hauled from the sea. In his late father John's day, of course, rock stars posed happily as their Rolls-Royces were lifted out of swimming pools.
