1991 - Help Yourself

5 August 1991 - The single, Saltwater, from the upcoming album Help Yourself is released in the UK

12 August  1991 - Atlantic records announces the release of Julian's fourth album, Help Yourself, in the U.S.

20 August 1991 - Help Yourself, the fourth Julian Lennon album, is released in the United States. Produced by Bob Ezrin, the album was recorded at Amigo Studios and The Enterprise and mixed at The Enterprise. Help Yourself, features twelve new compositions all written or co-written by Julian except Keep the People Working written by A Moore. Julian plays bass, drum programming, guitars, keyboards, mandolin, percussion and does vocals on the album and is joined by Justin Clayton, John McCurry & Steve Hunter on guitars, Bob Ezrin on keyboards, percussion and programming, and Louis Molino on drums. Guest artists include Paul Cuchanan, Olivia D'Abo, Mark Spiro, and San Fernando Valley Girl Scout Troop 592.

26 August 1991 - Help Yourself is released in the UK.

3 September 1991 - Julian is interviewed in Cologne, Germany by Barbara Wawrczeck portions of the interview are published in several German newspapers and magazines.

7 November 1991 - Julian is interviewed by Bob and Tom during the WFBQ Indianapolis morning show. He is accompanied by his friend and lead guitarist, Justin Clayton.  The two perform Saltwater  and Loving Is Easy (When You Don't Count the Costs) a song which is never release.
